Darrell Lance Abbott was born on August 20, 1966 in Ennis, Texas, USto Carolyn and Jerry Abbott, a country musician and producer. He took up guitar when he was 12, and his first guitar was a Hondo Les Paul he got with a small amp. Winning a series of local guitar competitions, most notably held at The Agora Ballroom in Dallas, where he was awarded a Dean ML which he sold to Buddy Blaze who put a Floyd Rose bridge on it and gave it Dimebag's signature lighting bolt paint job and then gave it back to him years later. Coincidentally, his father had bought him a cherryburst finish Dean ML standard the morning before the competition. Abbott formed Pantera in 1981 with his brother Vinnie Paul on drums. The band played with acts such as Slayer, Megadeth, Venom, and Metallica, as well as traditional metal bands such as Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Motörhead, and Judas Priest. Pantera subsequently became a key formulator of the post-thrash subgenre of "groove" metal. It would not be ! until nine years after forming that Pantera saw its first piece of commercial success in its 1990 major label debut, Cowboys from Hell. In low lighting you do notice some noise since the ISO is ramped up to compensate. Using manual settings you can get crisp non-action shots even in low light. Rarely get blur when using the flash even with fast action shots. This camera takes amazing video. I've used it in the home, and out and about. The focus is a little slow if your mo! ving from close to far objects but the detail is really worthy of being called 720p. It has tons of options for effects and manual control. Quite impressed with the technical abilities of the camera. Definitely has captured memories in detail that I haven't had with previous cameras. I have a Canon fs11 camcorder and the SX 210is takes better quality video in my opinion (fs11 is much faster from turn on to a record though). News on Modern Warfare 3's voice actor and composer has been strangely quiet, but with just under a month left until the game is released, we finally have confirmation of who'll be composing the score. According to Sledgehammer Games' Glen Schofield on Twitter, not only is he "1 of the top talents in Hollywood," but he recorded the game's score with the help of a symphony orchestra. It's a tough job for anyone to succeed the master musician that is Hans Zimmer, whom composed the soundtrack for Modern Warfare 2, but Tyler looks a worthy successor based on his experience. His previous work includes The Expendables, Fast Five, Rambo and Battle: Los Angeles to name a few. This confirmation comes after Tyler was spotted on the game's IMDB page. The same page also lists various voice actors, but while some of the actors ha! ve been confirmed so far, treat the rest of the actors as rumour since IMDB is just as reliable as Wikipedia.

Art Boys Collection - Stoned Wall (Austria 1972) Formed: 1969, Andorf, Austria Disbanded: 1975 // Art Boys Collection are not a progressive rock band. There is a moment or two of progressive rock-ness, however, and this is mainly in the organ of Walter Holz. However, that progness is limited to a couple of tracks, and even then it's hard to make a strong case for this as fact. I will say that a vague reference to King Crimson's "In The Court Of The Crimson King" can be made with "Stoned Wall," a very faint hint of Keith Emerson in "Flying Machine," and maybe some of the psychedelic touches of the bonus tracks would qualify as a proto-prog prog. But for the most part, what you have here a fairly standard and imitative early 70s 50s- and 60s- influenced pop rock. Admittedly, the Art Boys Collection didn't bill themselves as a progressive rock band, as they were a beat band, a style that has been mentioned more than once in connection with the early days of very famous British ! quartet. That is to say, The Beatles. The influence here draws not only on the band as a band, but the members of the band after the split in 1971. "Roll Engine Roll" is, but for the chorus, much like Ringo Starr's "It Don't Come Easy," (which, interestingly enough, came out 1973; Stoned Wall was released in 1972). "Wait For The Days" hints at bit a George Harrison's "My Sweet Lord" in the rhythm of the acoustic guitar, though otherwise this song is very psychedelic. Here as on the "Roll Engine Roll ...

www.facebook.com Frédérick "Fred" Falke (born 7 January 1973) is a French based house producer and DJ of German origin. Falke started out as a bass player around 1995 before turning his hand to production work in the late 1990s. His first record, a collaboration with Alan Braxe named Intro, which sampled The Jets 1987 hit Crush On You, was released in 2000 on Vulture Music. The pair would form a very productive partnership releasing a handful of singles and becoming in-demand remixers for the likes of Goldfrapp, Röyksopp, Kelis and Justice. The partnership would last until 2008 when they went their separate ways. Falke has also collaborated with France-based German producer, DJ and close friend Kris Menace, as well as releasing records on Menace's label Work It Baby. In addition, he has collaborated on various other productions with artists such as Savage, Miami Horror and Knightlife. Fred Falke is now an in-demand remixer in his own right and has produced remixes for a n! umber of mainstream rock and electronic artists. Falke has reworked songs from artists as diverse as Little Boots, Gossip, U2, Annie, Grizzly Bear, Uffie, Ladyhawke, Florrie, Lykke Li, La Roux among many others.
